Once you have submitted your payment, please let your artist know or text (516) 279-9083 with your name, appointment details & artist so we can update your booking. Thank you!

Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice in order for the deposit to transfer to your new appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment within the 48 hour threshold due to illness, or coming in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, you will NOT lose your deposit. Please reach out to us ASAP if this is the case, but do not come in if you are sick.
